Our systems are designed to be intuitive and easy to use. For example, a typical user is able to start using our CSC Connect™ system without any training. However, if you would like training, we are happy to help you. Our expert trainers can travel to your location or we are able to offer training remotely.

Each of our products is fully tested before being released to you. We follow coding standards to ensure that we produce high quality products. However, sometimes there are issues that only appear after you take your shiny new system home. Sort of like your car behaving normally while at the mechanic, then making those clunking noises again when you drive it home. If that happens with one of our products, please let us know.

We will make every effort to fix any problems that you may encounter in a timely manner. We also welcome your suggestions for improvements to our products.

Support Packages :We offer optional support packages for our systems. They ensure that your software is kept up to date with the latest patches and cover you in the event of a problem with your system, including hardware failures. If your system fails while under contract, we will help you make it operational, no matter the reason for the failure.

Training :We understand that sometimes you want outside help to get you started on a new system. Our team is able to train your staff in person or remotely. Contact us for details.
